Terms of Donating to Temple of Diana, Inc.Information for Donations Terms of Donating: Anyone wishing to donate please do so with proper research and forms that are required of the IRS, not only for the Temple of Diana, Inc, however, for yourself, as well for the proper deduction on your taxes. We do accept all Legal donations. We are a Chapter 180 Religious Organization, a 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt organization and we also have a DUNS number with Duns and Bradberry for anyone seeking to learn more about our organization. We shall research and check out anyone wishing to donate anything over $500.00 in value to verify your standings and creditablity within your/the community in which you serve. We are in the process of moving to a permanent address within the Commonwealth of Massachuettes and are working with two other organizations within the Commonwealth of Mass for the betterment of the community and those in need. All donation proceeds go directly to supporting those within the community and to educational sources, it is NOT used for personal gain or personal use. All donations upon receipt are deposited and added to our records, we then provide you with a Receipt along with a Thank you Letter for tax purposes. All donees must provide a valid mailing address in order to receive your tax deductable reciept and letter, we do not accept P.O. Box addresses, donations over $100.00 we verify funds prior to depositing unless it is a Cashier's Check and/or a Money Order. Donations are to be mailed to: In Kind donations we accept are only those items in which can be distributed to those persons who are within disaster zones and or shelters, and/or organisations that assist those in a greater need.
