of Peace
Mission
Statement
Rose
of Peace is
a service
ministry centered
on uniting,
representing,
supporting,
and serving
our Pagan
brothers and
sisters of
faith who
serve in the
branches of
the military.
Rose of Peace
is being sponsored
by the Temple
of Diana,
Inc., in alliance
with Our Lord
and Our Lady
of the Trinacrian
Rose Church.
Full members
of the group
are students
following
in the Continental
Traditional
Craft(s).
However, participation
is not limited
to that one
path. All
positive forms
of Pagan belief
are welcome
and accorded
respect. Members,
both in full
and by association,
are expected
to carry themselves
in accord
with the utmost
honor, integrity,
and respect,
as befits
representatives
of Paganism
and of the
US military.
Services provided
by the group
include: education
in the Continental
Traditionalist
Craft (provided
through the
Temple of
Diana, Inc.);
celebratory
ritual for
the Festivals
of Earth,
Sun, and Moon;
and networking,
outreach,
and support
to build bridges
of solidarity
wherever our
People may
be found.

maintains a
cyber discussion
list to further
these aims and
ideals

are
Military
Only
The
inception
of Rose of
Peace began
on the 29th
day of June
when SPC Holcomb
sought by
requesting
his Mother
Temple, Temple
of Diana
sponsor him
in becoming
a Faith Leader
for the Pagan
Community
within the
Army Branch
of the Military.
This day is
a day in which
is honored
by the passing
of Our Lord
and Lady of
the Trinacrian
Rose Church's
Elder's Passing,
Dr. Leo Louis
Martello,
in this I
Rev. Darci
"Arinanna"
Clausen de
Vélez
HPs saw this
as a sign
and message
from Leo,
in which years
before he
prophesised
that soon
we would begin
to see the
Temple of
the Mother
once again
rise and that
Crafters of
the Wise would
again be seen
and this time
respected,
needless to
say, I accepted
to Sponsor
SPC Holcomb.
The
date of naming
came on the
6th day of
July 2009
at 5:53 pm
or 17:53.
The meaning
and symbolisim
behind the
name is simply
this the Rose
is a symbol
of love the
olive branch
a symbol of
peace and
happiness
where all
things come
together by
the elements
of Air, Fire,
Water, Earth
and Spirit.
The Rose is
a symbol in
which represents
the Goddess
and God and
their union
As Above,
So Below.
We
honour the
Queen Mother
and Father
Sky in all
their guises,
we honour
and respect
all Religions
and beliefs
and seek not
to impose
our practices
or beliefs
on others,
as Religion
is a very
Personal choice
and one only
you can make
as an Individual.
Within Rose
of Peace we
seek to educate
those who
seek to understand
not only who
we are, but
why we are
so passionate
about the
Earth and
Humanity,
inasmuch,
we welcome
all paths
to come and
learn with
us, gather
with us, celebrate
life and death,
as throught
life comes
death and
through death
comes life.
Rose of Peace
is more of
a teaching
and learning
structure
where as magic
shall not
be taught
nor practiced,
unless it
is for the
purpose of
Healing &
Protection
and to bring
about Peace
and Balance.
